Predictably a big winner for Les Grands Ballets Canadiens de Montréal, the dazzlingly danced tale of the rise of a Mafia daughter to the head of her clan is a violent and glamorously staged commission from Colombian-Belgian choreographer Annabelle Lopez Ochoa.
